National Attention Focuses on Muskegon’s Obesity Efforts

In late February, Politico reporter David Freedman and photographer Darren Hauck were on assignment in Muskegon, MI, investigating the multifaceted approach this Wellville community is taking to address obesity. As Freedman reports, they’re in the process of forming “a web of interventions that successfully nudge, tempt, bribe and even scare people into sticking with new, healthier habits.” Read the article here.
