Michael Critelli served as chairman and CEO of Pitney Bowes from 1996 to 2007. Prior to joining Pitney Bowes as a Counsel in 1979, he was an associate at two Chicago law firms. At Pitney Bowes, he became the Company’s General Counsel in 1988 and added responsibility for its human resources functions in 1990, functions he jointly led until 1993. As chief HR officer, he created and sustained an employer-sponsored healthcare program, and was featured by Professor Michael Porter in Redefining Healthcare, co-authored with Professor Elizabeth Teisberg, and a 2009 Harvard Business School study. Mike presented the program at the World Economic Forum in 2007 and 2008.
Dr. Ivor Horn
Chief Medical Officer Accolade
Ivor Horn, MD, MPH, is Accolade’s Chief Medical Officer and brings decades of experience to her role, which focuses on healthcare consumer engagement and blending human touch and innovative technology to help people better navigate their healthcare benefits. A board-certified pediatrician, she was previously the Medical Director of the Center for Diversity and Health Equity at Seattle Children’s Hospital. In addition to practicing as a community-based primary care pediatrician, Ivor has conducted NIH-funded research on healthcare communications and health disparities, with an emphasis on how health information technology can be used to improve outcomes. Ivor is a member of the Academic Pediatric Association, having served in leadership positions regionally as well as nationally. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and was often featured as a medical expert on “Today” and “Good Morning America.” She also chairs Accolade’s Medical Advisory Board.
